PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to quickly approach a color image satisfying customer by previously preparing many color arrangement design elements selected by a contractor based on expert knowledge and sensitivity, allowing a customer to select a color image by questions able to be easily understood also by an outsider, extracting color arrangement design suited or approximated to the selected color image, and displaying an image. SOLUTION: A target to be coated with color paint and selector's multilateral images corresponding to matters related to the target are selected for every image item, some color arrangement design information previously prepared as the synthetic judgment of the selected matter for every image item is displayed on a color screen based on the selected result and the colors of the target are displayed on the color screen as an image based on the color arrangement design information. The color arrangement of the target is selected from the color arrangement design information by the selector and stored, and the processes of the target are executed and then the image of the target based on the selected and stored color arrangement design information is displayed on the color screen.
