PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure an excellent low frequency region phase compensation characteristic by processing the following input value by a calculation result of a cyclic calculation expressed by a specific transfer function in a 1st calculation processing, then, processing the result of the 1st calculation processing by the product of the calculation result of the cyclic calculation multiplied by a predetermined coefficient in a 2nd calculation processing, and thus producing the calculation result of the cyclic calculation. SOLUTION: A transfer function is expressed by a formula: 1/(1+a.Z-1). In a 1st calculation processing by an adder 31, an input value x(n) and an output of memory 13A are summed, and in a 2nd calculation processing by the following subtracter 32, an intermediate value d(n) is produced by subtracting an output of a multiplier 33 from an output of the adder 31. This intermediate value d(n) is fed back to the adder 31 via a shift register 13 and memory 13A. High-order bits of the intermediate value are fed back to the multiplier 33 and multiplied by a multiplication coefficient - (1+a1) outputted from a coefficient register 34. From the calculated intermediate value d(n), an output value y(n) (=d(n)+b1×d(n-1)h) is to be calculated.
