PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress any influence due to a coupling noise between bus wiring as much as possible, and to quickly transfer data. SOLUTION: This bus driving circuit is provided with a bus pre-charge means 6 for pre-charging bus wiring 10 based on a pre-charge signal generated synchronously with a clock signal, a try state buffer 4 for driving the bus wiring based on a gate control signal, and a gate control circuit 2 for transmitting the gate control signal to the try state buffer for preventing the driving of the bus wiring when the enable signal is in an inactivated state, and for transmitting the gate control signal to the try state buffer for driving the bus wiring based on the potential of the bus wiring and input data from a pre-charge type circuit when the enable signal is in an activated state.
