PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To fix a guide tube to a mouthpiece main body by integrally connecting a fixing member to the mouthpiece main body via slide grooves and a rotary groove, and rotating the fixing member by using the rotary groove. SOLUTION: Since a fixing member 14 is integrally connected to a mouthpiece main body 12 via slide grooves 14C, 14C and a rotary groove 14D, portability is improved. Since a guide tube 16 can be fixed to the mouthpiece main body 12 only by rotating the fixing member 14 by using the rotary groove 14D, the guide tube 16 can be fixed by simple operation.
