PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to measure fluorescence highly accurately by preventing deterioration of reagents.SOLUTION: A reagent solution container 1 is liquid-tightly and air-tightly sealed in an individual bag 2 that is a light-blocking gas barrier laminate bag. The reagent solution container 1 has a reagent solution accommodation part 11 accommodating a reagent solution 3, and a diluent solution accommodation part 12 accommodating a diluent solution 4. The reagent solution accommodation part 11 is made of a material lower in the intensity of self-fluorescence when illuminated with excitation light than that of the reagent solution 3. The diluent solution 4 is accommodated in the diluent solution accommodation part 12 larger in quantity than that of the reagent solution 3. If an amount of leak per unit time of evaporated substance of the diluent solution in the entire diluent solution accommodation part 12 is represented by a, and an amount of leak per unit time of evaporated substance of the reagent solution in the entire reagent solution accommodation part 11 is represented by b, a>b is satisfied. |
