PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a vertical vibration of an engine and a tooth tapping noise of a gear. SOLUTION: A crankshaft 5 and a balancer shaft 7 are connected in a respective end part side by gear transmitting mechanisms 9, 11, balance weights 33 are formed in the balancer shaft 7 to give pitching moment in a direction opposite to the crankshaft 7, and a vertical vibration of an engine 3 is reduced.
