PURPOSE: A voltage drop circuit is provided to supply a stable inner voltage all the time by removing the current driving capacity deterioration of a current driver caused by the lowering of an external voltage. CONSTITUTION: A comparator(10) compares a predetermined reference voltage with a produced inner voltage. A first current supplier(12) is driven by an output of the comparator(10). A level converter(16) converts the output of the comparator(10) into a CMOS level. A second current supplier(18) is driven by an output of the level converter(16). A load circuit(14) is supplied with currents from the first and second current suppliers(12, 18) to form an inner voltage. The first and second current suppliers(12, 18) include PMOS transistors(M1, M2).
