PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluid pressure device capable of performing operation control quickly in the going stroke of a reciprocating actuator and slowly in the returning stroke thereof by a simple method and at low cost. SOLUTION: When operation fluid F enters the fluid chamber 30 of a reciprocating actuator 21, a valve element 47 is separated from a valve seat 46a, then the operation fluid F is passed between the valve seat 46a and the valve element 47 to quickly enter the fluid chamber 30, and the actuator 21 is quickly operated. On the other hand, when the operation fluid F flows out of the fluid chamber 30, the valve element 47 is seated on the valve seat 46a, and the flowing-out amount of the operation fluid F from the fluid chamber 30 is regulated to an amount permitted only by a throttle passage 54. Thus, the actuator 21 is slowly returned.
