PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve efficiency of an air cleaner as well as to improve efficiency of air blasting even if the air discharging amount of a blower is changed. SOLUTION: A multiblade part 30 to be rotationally driven is mounted in a casing 18 of a device main body. A back plate 24 for directly constituting a volute passage on the discharging side of the multiblade part 30 is movably mounted by a volute adjusting means 42. When the air blasting amount is changed, the back plate 24 is moved by the volute adjusting means 42 to change the sectional area of the volute passage, and the rotating multiblade part 30 efficiently discharges air. Therefore, efficiency of air blasting of an air cleaner using it is improved.
