PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pile net cloth or a two face pile net cloth made of a three-dimensional structural net and having high void holding fraction, high bulkiness and lightweight property, excellent cushioning property and resistance to compression, and comfortably usable to various uses. SOLUTION: This pile net cloth is composed of a double knitted cloth knitted with net-like right and rear raw cloths 1 and 2 and a connecting yarn 3 hang on both of the two raw cloths 1 and 2, and a part of the constituting yarn of the another side of raw cloths 2 and 1 is dissolved and welded to string-like parts 11 and 12 forming meshes in at least one right and rear, then a part of the connecting yarn 3 separated from the string part is formed as a loop pile 30 extending to string parts 11 and 12 of the another side of raw cloths. The right and rear raw cloths 1 and 2 are approached or opposed to present the loop piles on both of the right and rear faces.
