The invention relates to electrophysical and electrochemical methods of the current conducted materials processing The oscillator contains a contact voltage source connected to the accumulating condenser through a charging transistor, the emitter of which is connected through the diode to the charge, and the base - to the voltage divider middle point. Parallel to the accumulating condenser is connected a circuit consisting of a resistor and condenser, to this circuit it is parallel connected a branch formed of the dinistor and pulse transformer primary winding, the secondary winding of which connects the cathode and the control electrode of the thyristor, connected between the charge and voltage source pole, and the midpoint of the voltage devider and charging transistor base is coupled to the general thyristor and charge point.The result consists in stabilization of the pulse power and in the operative change thereof in the indicated limits independently of the charge.Claims: 1Fig.: 1
