摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain smooth shift on an up-slope or down-slope of abrupt gradient by computing a variance in the targeted motor revolutions from the output of a vehicle speed detector and the gear ratio of a targeted shift stage to compute a correction value, and correct the targeted motor revolutions after shifting to control motor output. SOLUTION: Based on actual vehicle speed V detected by a vehicle speed detector 15 in a neutral condition, its variance is computed, and a variance in a variance in targeted motor revolutions is computed in consideration of the gear ratio of a targeted shift stage from a variance in actual vehicle speed to compute the correction value of the targeted motor revolutions after shifting. By adding the correction value to the targeted motor revolutions, targeted correction motor revolutions are obtained. By controlling driving power supplied to a traveling motor 1 from an inverter 7 with the targeted correction motor revolutions as a targeted value, the output of the traveling motor 1 is controlled to synchronize targeted actual revolutions N with the targeted correction motor revolutions.
