PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a luminaire capable of enhancing assembly at a low cost. SOLUTION: In this luminaire, the outside surface of a first panel 6 placed almost in parallel with a first horizontal piece abuts on the tip of a second vertical piece, and the outside surface of a second panel 6 placed almost in parallel with a first vertical piece abuts on a second horizontal piece. The panels 6 are fixed to a frame 7 by screwing a screw 5 inserted in the screw hole of a die material 3 in the groove 4 of the frame 7 with the first panel 6 and the second panel 6 placed in the condition mentioned above.
