PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form a conventional terminal for a battery or a capacitor provided through the wall section of a container storing the electrodes of the battery or the capacitor at a lower cost. SOLUTION: This terminal is constituted of a conductive member 110 made of a conductive material and extending through a wall section, an adjacent member 120 adjoining the conductive member 110, and fastening members 130 fastened to the adjacent member 120 via screwing and pinching wiring leads 140, 142 together with the adjacent member 120 to crimp them to the conductive member 110. This terminal can share conductivity and various characteristics other than conductivity such as mechanical strength on the conductive member 110 and the adjacent member 120 respectively, thereby the selectivity of the material is widened, and the material cost and molding cost of the terminal can be reduced.
