PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To intuitively image an image pickup range and to enable even a single person to quickly perform installation work by estimating the image pickup range of a monitor camera from a display graphic displayed on a main body surface of the monitor camera device. SOLUTION: A monitor camera device 1 is equipped with a flange part 10 for being attached on a wall surface or the like, a main body 11 on which an image pickup lens is attached, and a rotation mechanism 12 which freely vertically and horizontally rotates the main body 11 and can change an image pickup direction. The main body 11 is a rectangular parallelopiped whose front view is almost square and vertical viewing angle display straight lines A corresponding to a display graphic are drawn on its side surfaces. An opening angleθA of these vertical viewing angle display straight lines A corresponds to a vertical viewing angleθV spreading forward with an image pickup axisαof a monitor camera device 1 as a center. Thus, an installation worker knows a direction of the image pickup axisαfrom a direction of the image pickup lens and can store a targeted position and range within an image pickup range only by looking at the vertical viewing angle display straight lines A drawn on the main body 11.
