PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the animation display device of the deformation example of a tree capable of making force applied to leaves act on the movement of a branch and simulating the motion of the model of the tree. SOLUTION: Relating to this animation display device, a maximum bending angle is set for each branch segment of a tree model stored in a disk 4, and in the case that external force inputted from a keyboard 1 exceeds the bending angle of a slave branch segment, a difference between the force required for bending a maximum angle and the force applied at present is calculated and the result of multiplying a set propagation attenuation coefficient to the contact point of the respective branches is added to a master branch segment. Thus, the force applied to the master branch segment becomes the sum of the external force by a wind to be normally applied and the force propagated from the slave branch segment. By executing a similar processing to the force of the sum in the master branch segment as well and propagating it to the master branch segment further, the situation that the branch is bent by the force applied to the leaves is expressed.
