PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radio unit for a base station where a shield structure against an electromagnetic wave, an earth structure for contained electronic components and a shield structure independently of any environmental change can be realized with rational structures requiring less number of components and facilitating the work of assembling. SOLUTION: A shield ribs 28, 29 are pressed into contact with both sides of a board 25 to shield inter-electronic-components by covering the both sides of the boards 25 with a couple of shield boards 22, 23. Furthermore, the board 25 is shielded against other radio unit. Moreover, the electronic components on the board 25 are connected to ground via the shield boards 22, 23. Since both the shield boards 22, 23 are tightened by tightening both tightening flanges f1, f2 with a shield board tightening screw 24 whose thread part 24a is short, even when ambient temperature of the radio unit is repetitively changed, the tightening part is hardly loosened to realize the shield structure independently of the environmental change.
