PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To sufficiently prevent burnout of a premixing burner by instantaneously detecting that flame flows back to the burner. SOLUTION: A gas turbine combustion device having a diffuse combustion burner arranged in the axial central part of a combustion chamber, a diffusion fuel supplying system for supplying fuel to the diffuse combustion burner, a premixing combustion burner arranged around the diffuse combustion burner, and a premixing fuel supplying system for supplying fuel to the premixing combustion burner is provided with a pressure-detecting device 19 for detecting pressure in a combustor, a flame backflow deciding device 21 for deciding that the flame flows back to the inside of the burner on the basis of an output signal of the pressure detecting device, and a fuel control device 22 for controlling the supplying flow rate of the diffusion fuel supplying system and the premixing fuel supplying system on the basis of a decided output signal of the flame backflow deciding device.
