The invention relates to a rotary brush element which comprises a ring (1) with a U-shaped cross-section having its sides spaced at a distance (a), said ring being provided with a hole (b), in the median area of the distance (a), wherein a headed pin (5) is introduced on order to attach the brush element to the central axle of the assembly, inside the ring there are located some wire loops (2) which in their central area are crossed over by some wire rings (3) joining in a knot (4) to render the wire loops fixed, and further the sides of the ring (1) are inclined inwardly at an angle alpha ranging between 5° and 45°.
