PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a soundproof floor material equipped with a floor heating function, which not only exhibits soundproof performance but also has improved feeling of walking, and can be directly attached to a concrete floor slab, by housing floor heating means in a cushion material. SOLUTION: A soundproof floor material A equipped with a floor heating function is formed by laminating a surface layer material on a cushion material 2 which houses therein floor heating means 3. The floor heating means 3 are each formed of a hot-water pipe 3a, which are buried in the cushion material 2, and when the surface layer material 1 is laminated on the cushion material 2, an soaking plate 6 such as aluminum is interposed therebetween. The thus formed soundproof floor material A equipped with a floor heating function, is laid by directly applying the same to a concrete floor slab 7. Thus, the soundproof floor material A has improved feeling of walking while exhibiting the soundproof performance, and can be directly applied to the concrete floor slab, whereby floor heating of an apartment house can be realized. Further, surface hardness and smoothness of the floor material can be enhanced, and dimensional stability with respect to temperature and humidity can be improved.
