PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a comfortable walking feeling and traveling feeling, and to improve the appearance of a pavement. SOLUTION: The elastic pavement is obtained by arranging an elastic layer 2 of a two-layer structure having a total width of 20-50 mm on a crushed stone substrate 1, wherein a lower first layer 2a has a width of 60% or more of the total width of the elastic layer 2 and elastic granular rubber aggregate 3 and hard inorganic aggregate 4 are bound with a binder. The proportion in weight (granular rubber aggregate/inorganic aggregate) is set to 1/1-1/3. An upper second layer 2b has a width of 40% or less of the total width of the elastic layer 2, and the elastic granular rubber aggregate 3 and the hard inorganic aggregate 4, are bound with binder. The proportion in weight (granular rubber aggregate/inorganic aggregate) is set to 1/4 or less.
