PURPOSE: Provided is a cultivating method of green bean sprouts by using vinegar, medicinal herbs. CONSTITUTION: The cultivating method comprises the steps of impregnating green bean with a solution comprising 100 parts by weight of medicinal extract solution and 0.8 parts by weight of vinegar for 6-8 hours; and then sprouting it in a jar. In the method, medicinal herbs are insam, Ganoderma lucidum, Schizandra chinesis BAILL., licorice, Angelica acutiloba, Lycium chinense MILL., Cnidium officinale, Astragalus membranceus Bunge. |
