PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the restarting of heating operation uncontrollably even when a stopping operation is made by a trembling finger tip in a controller adapted to indicate the start and stop of the heating operation with a single non-lock type switch. SOLUTION: A single non-lock type operation start indication switch/ operation stop indication switch 1 is operated to be turned ON, indicating the stopping of heating operation and then, the operation is released to turn OFF the operation start indication switch/operation stop indication switch 1. Until a specified time passes from the turning OFF of the switch, even when the operation start indication switch/operation stop indication switch 1 is operated by a trembling finger tip to be turned ON immediately, a central control circuit 11 fails to judge the ON action thereby preventing the restarting of heating operation against a user's will.
