PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To discharge a necessary flow rate without performing opening restriction by providing an active dynamic vibration reducer comprising a hydraulic pump driven by a servomotor, a velocity detector built-in hydraulic cylinder and an additional mass. SOLUTION: An active dynamic vibration reducer 3 comprising a hydraulic pump driven by a servomotor, a hydraulic operation end directly connected thereto and an additional mass W directly connected thereto is provided on a door body 1. The hydraulic operation end uses a hydraulic cylinder 31 incorporating a velocity detector X. When the door body 1 is set at prescribed opening, vibration generated on a gate is detected by the velocity detector X, the hydraulic pump is operated by the servomotor on the basis of an obtained detection signal, and the additional mass is moved by the hydraulic cylinder in the direction canceling vibration generated on the gate to control vibration. Thereby a necessary flow rate can be discharged without performing opening restriction.
