PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it easy to maintain a correct release posture without damaging a spinning satellite. SOLUTION: This device is provided with an inner cylinder 11 on which spiral grooves M, N are formed on a surface thereof and which is coupled to a satellite to be released, an outer cylinder 12 concentric with the inner cylinder 11 and which has a diameter different from that of the inner cylinder 11, a constant tension winding mechanism 16 mounted on the outer cylinder 12 for rotating the inner cylinder 11, and a guide roller R that rotates along the groove N and which makes the inner cylinder 11 move in a helicoidal motion.
