The notice board comprises a flexible surface (11) to which the notices are fixed and a supporting frame. The flexible surface is held under tension by S-shaped springs which have a hook (10a) at one end allowing them to be attached to the frame and a clip at the other end with a circular groove which fits over a loop at the end of the flexible material.
