<p>The invention concerns a concrete for building floors whereof the thickness may vary from 10 to 60 mm and whereof the compressive strength is higher than 45 MPa. Moreover, it is self-levelling. It mainly consists of: a matrix comprising an organic and/or hydraulic binder, in sufficient amount to obtain a result higher than 18 cm at flow test, the amount of hydraulic binder ranging between 250 and 500 kg/m3 of finished product; a material filler with grain size distribution up to 0.4 to 5 mm; water in a water/binder ratio ranging between 0.2 and 0.4; a water reducing additive consisting of at least a deflocculant whether coupled or not with a viscosity index improver; and other optional additives. The invention is applicable to all types of building floors, in particular heating floors.</p> |
