PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a helmet having an inlet port of a ventilation channel of the helmet adjustable according to the outer temperature of the season independent of the state of the outlet port of the ventilation channel. SOLUTION: The objective helmet is provided with lids 66L, 66R closing inlet ports 65L, 65R of ventilation channels 64L, 64R to discharge the air in the helmet to the outer atmosphere. The lids 66L, 66R are made to be adjustable according to the outer temperature.
