PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical pickup device capable of increasing a soldering strength by machining deformation to a fixed terminal for attaching a space- adjusted biaxial coil unit part to a yoke part by soldering. SOLUTION: This device is provided with an adjusting plate 13 having a first fixed terminal for soldering to be a fixed part, at least an objective lens 15, a focusing coil 16, a tracking coil 17, a biaxial coil unit 11 having a movable part 14 attached to the adjusting plate 13, a second fixed terminal arranged to have a positional relation with the first fixed terminal to face the same with a specified interval, and a yoke part 12 for connecting the first and second fixed terminals by soldering after the space adjustment of the biaxial coil unit 11. The first and second fixed terminals are provided with a means for increasing a soldering strength, for example, a slit, a recess, a hole or the like is formed in the soldering surface of the fixed terminal, the soldering surface of the fixed terminal is formed by rotating the other surface to one surface by 90 deg., or setting the other surface orthogonal to one surface.
