PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To save labor for retrieving a wiring route related to production work and to equalize a work quantity by extracting and displaying the route retrieval of a cable, to which cable routing is performed, while making it into list as exit information together with a unit dividing instruction. SOLUTION: Respective three-dimensional (3D) graphic data 34 of plural casings are stored in a casing graphic data file 4. Besides, respective 3D graphic data 35 of instruments to be integrated into the casings are stored in an instrument graphic data file 5. Further, cable connection information 36 between instrument graphics is stored in a cable connection information file 6. An operator operates an operating part 17, selects one piece of casing data out of the casing graphic file 4, selects the required instrument graphic data out of the instrument graphic data file 5, executes arrangement work through an instrument arranging part 11 and allocates instruments to the instrument graphic data. Afterwards, cable routing between instruments is started by a cable routing processing part 12.
