<p>A cylindrical sheet metal-made poly V-groove pulley suitable for press-fitting a one-way clutch and bearings into it, wherein V-belt locking lug parts of thick wall can be obtained easily, an axial linear part length on the inner diameter part of a peripheral wall part can be maintained, the lug parts (2, 2) for locking the V-belt formed by annularly extending them outward from both axial outer peripheral ends of a cylindrical peripheral wall part (1) comprises internal lug parts (2a) extended outward from both ends of the peripheral wall part (1) and external lug parts (2b) folded down from the extended outer ends of the lug parts (2a) to the outer surfaces of the internal lug parts (2a) so as to overlap them tightly, the inner end surfaces of the lug parts (2) are formed flush with the inner surface of the peripheral wall part (1), whereby the lug parts (2) can be made thicker by the overlapped structure of the internal lug parts (2a) and the external lug parts (2b), and the axial linear part length on the inner diameter part of the peripheral wall part (1) can be maintained by an amount of thickness of the external lug parts (2b).</p> |
