RISER REACTOR FOR FLUIDIZED CATALYST CONVERSION

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a riser reactor capable of not only suitably increasing the time of a secondary reaction which has been inhibited in the conventional riser reactor but also treating a plurality of hydrocarbon feed materials. SOLUTION: A riser reactor is composed of a prestroke zone 2 along the coaxial direction from bottom to top, a first reaction zone 5, a second reaction zone 7 having a larger diameter, and an exit zone 9 having a smaller diameter with the end of the exit zone 9 being connected to a horizontal pipe 10. The reactor is used in adjusting different operational conditions for treating a single feed material or a plurality of feed materials in the respective different reaction zones to produce desired products.
