PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the propagation of vibration components in every direction by inserting a second pedestal for a rotating apparatus in a cylindrical recess in the upper face of a buffer material arranged on a cylindrical pedestal. SOLUTION: A rotating apparatus 1 is directly connected to a pedestal 3 via a fitting leg 2 and a cylindrical recess 5 is provided in a pedestal 4 to be stored. A buffer material 6 having a cylindrical recess provided in its upper face is installed in the recess 5 and a cylindrical pedestal 3 in the bottom end of the fitting leg 2 of the rotating apparatus 1 is inserted in the recess of the buffer material 6. A buffer material 7 having a cylindrical recess is pressurized by a presser metal fitting 8 in the upper part of the pedestal 3 an fixed to the pedestal 4 by a plurality of bolts 9. If the vibration generated from the rotating apparatus 1 is propagated to the pedestal 3, the presence of the buffer materials 6, 7 absorbs the radial vibration components so as to prevent the vibration from propagating to the pedestal 4. This constitution can reduce the vibration in every direction so as to make the vehicle compartment environment to comfortable one.
