PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress vibration caused by pressure fluctuation in association with fuel injection, reflected wave, and pulsation pressure by integratedly connecting two absorption surfaces to each other, and opposing either one of surface to a fuel flow inlet of a socket. SOLUTION: In a communicating pipe 11, a flat plate 12a, conical side surfaces 12b, 12c and a flat plate 12d of a bottom surface are joined with each other, a lower surface of the flat plate 12a is opposed to a fuel flow inlet 13, the flat plat 12a is formed as a flexible first absorption surface, and conical side surfaces 12b, 12c are formed as flexible second absorption surfaces. An aspect ratio of the communicating pipe 11 is 5 to 10 times, a space S is 0.5 to 3 mm suitably. In the case where the aspect ratio is 5 times and less, a spring constant of the flat plate is increased, deflection is reduced, and damping capacity of pulsation is reduced. When pulsation is absorbed in the instant of rapidly enlarging, toward a space of a horizontal direction, shock wave which flows from an injector into a fuel flow inlet 13 or which flows out from the injector by instant back flow, thin absorption surfaces 12a, 12b, 12c are deflected and deformed, and thereby, pressure fluctuation is absorbed in cooperation with change of capacity.
