PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ceiling panel device which is optimized at the ceiling face and can flexibly cope with ceilings ranging from a narrow area to a wide area. SOLUTION: In a ceiling panel device 1000, a plurality of pairs of ceiling panels 100 arranged in the breadthwise direction of a road so as to butt mutual upper side ends 100a of slanting roof shingles are spread parallelly to the slope of the shingles in the longitudinal direction of the road, and suspended from the ceiling C of an underground passage or the like by slinging tools 35. A ridge cover 40 is put thereon to stride over the upper side ends 100a of each pair of ceiling panels. Further, inclined caps 30 are put on the panels so as to stride the end edges of parallelly adjoining roof shingles and extend along the inclination. Waterdrops from the ceiling of an underground passage C or the like are received on the upper face to let them flow down to the lower end and can be drained through drain members. Hence the waterdrops from the ceiling of an underground passage or the like can be prevented from hitting on passers-by. Since it has an expanding function due to connection, it can flexibly cope with various ceiling c ranging from a wide area to a norrow area.
