PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To wash cleanly and sanitarily the inside of the water closet by installing an adjusting valve for storing water and an ultrasonic oscillator for cleaning the inside of the water closet thereby eliminating the manual washing of the inside of water closet. SOLUTION: In washing the inner side of a water closet 1 in toilet, an adjusting valve 5 accompanied with the water closet 1 is closed and water is stored inside the water closet 1 through a water inlet 2. Thereafter, ultrasonic wave 6 is transmitted from a ultrasonic wave oscillator 3 for several ten seconds to several minutes for cleaning the inside of the water closet 1 and the inside of a pipe 7 accompanied with the water closet 1. After washing stains inside the water closet 1 and the inside the pipe 7 accompanied with the water closet 1, the adjusting valve 5 is opened and dirty water is flushed.
