By receiving this, the selection part 39 outputs a video signal from a video signal distributor 31 for only a video signal output part 34i corresponding to the control signal input part 35i to which the control signal is inputted, and outputs a video signal to the other video signal output part 341-34n from a waiting video signal generator 38.
