The invention concerns an accessory arrangement for a harvester designed to be fastened to a base machine, such as an excavator, outfitted with a moveable crane arm, by means of which arrangement the pruning, crosscutting and stacking of wood can be done mechanically. The pruning of the tree is done with pruning blades 6, 15 which are part of the arrangement and the crosscutting of the tree is done with a crosscut blade 7 which is moved by means of a hydraulic cylinder 8. When a tree trunk is crosscut, it ends up pressed between the crosscut blade 7 and the mouthpiece 13, so that the tree can be moved to a desired stacking position by moving the crane arm of the base machine. The arrangement also includes a gripping pike 4, which can be used to move tree trunks lying on the ground. The accessory arrangement for the harvester is outfitted with a fastening element 3 designed for the working machine used, by means of which the fastening to and removal from the excavator is as quick and easy as changing the excavator's bucket. <IMAGE>
