<p>The present invention provides a method for identifying DNA mutation using microwell and kit therefor. The method for idenifying DNA mutation comprises the steps of: preparing biotin-bound nucleotide sequence amplified by PCR of a portion of DNA to be identified with biotin-bound primer; preparing a probe comprising normal sequence corresponding to the DNA to be identified; binding the probe with amine group of microwell; adding the biotin-bound nucleotide sequence to probe-bound microwell; adding a degradation enzyme to microwell to link the degradation enzyme with biotin of the probe; and, adding a substrate to be reacted with the degradation enzyme, and detecting the color or absorbance change caused by the degradation of the substrate. In accordance with the present invention, identification of mutated DNA can be realized in an economical, safe and simple manner, by employing PCR-amplified DNA and a probe of normal sequence corresponding to the DNA.</p> |
