PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a segment assembly device suited to a small-diameter tunnel, with which the position control of segment pieces can be performed easily. SOLUTION: A slewing mechanism 2 slewed around a shield shaft center O and a slewing fine adjust mechanism 4, a yawing mechanism 3 oscillated around the shield normal line, and an attitude adjustment frame 5 is provided through a pitching mechanism 6 oscillating around the pitching shaft center orthogonal to the shield normal line and pitching shaft center as a center orthogonal to the shield shaft center O are provided to the shield main body 1; and to this attitude adjust frame 5, provided are an out-in mechanism 7 going out- and-in in the shield normal line direction, a slide mechanism 8 moving in the shield shaft center O direction, and a segment grasping device 10 capable of adjusting attitude through a rolling mechanism oscillating a rolling shaft center as a center in parallel to the shield shaft center O.
