PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To smoothly open and close an expansion-contraction door body at all times, ensuring safety by installing bendable links at both end sections of a door-body component sash bar connected by an expansion-contraction mechanism and releasing constraints in the upper sections of guide rails by link guides for the guide rails in the links. SOLUTION: In expansion-contraction control means 3 for the expansion-contraction door body A, adjacent door-body component sash bars 1 are brought to a discretely expansible state while the discrete expansion and contraction of the adjacent door component sash bars 1 are controlled so as to be successively conducted in the open - close direction at fixed positions by interposing discrete expansion-contraction mechanism among the adjacent door-body component sash bars 1 respectively. A bendable link 32 is installed at both end sections of the door-body component sash bars 1 connected by the expansion-contraction mechanism at that time. The operation of the link 32 is controlled by releasing a constraint in the upper section of a guide rail 5 by a link guide 52 for the guide rail 5 in the link 32 and bringing the link 32 to a bent and folded state, and an opening surface can be opened and closed and moved forward under the state in which the door body A is extended.
