ANCHORAGE FOR MAIN REINFORCEMENT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a general purpose anchorage for a main reinforcement by inserting the main reinforcement into or through a sleeve having a flange, and connecting the anchorage to the main reinforcement via a grout material filled in the sleeve. SOLUTION: This anchorage 1 is formed with a sleeve section 2 having an inner diameter larger than the diameter of a main reinforcement 4 of a deformed reinforcing bar and a flange section 3 provided on the outer periphery of the sleeve 2. The main reinforcement 4 is inserted into the sleeve 2 for use, and the grout material is filled in the sleeve 2 to connect the main reinforcement 4 to the anchorage 1. Lugs for securing the sticking area of the grout material are provided on the inner periphery of the sleeve 2. The lugs are protruded from the inner periphery of the sleeve 2 to such a height that they do not collide with the ribs or screw threads of the main reinforcement 4 when the main reinforcement 4 is inserted from the insertion port of the sleeve 2 and they do not interface with the high ribs or screw threads from the surface of the main reinforcement 4 on the cross section perpendicular to the axis of the sleeve 2. The anchorage 1 of one kind can cope with screw reinforcing bars of different pitches or other deformed reinforcing bars.
