PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the occupied area of a column at a unit assembly part of a plurality of building units. SOLUTION: In a unit building 10, a column of at least one building unit 12 is omitted at a unit assembly part A in which corner parts of a plurality of building units 12, 13 are installed in a contact manner with each other, a column-omission part of this building unit 12 is reinforced, and a column 21A of the other at least one building unit 13 is erected.
