PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cut-off parts and cut-off structure in which water leakage is prevented at an intersection part of longitudinal and transverse shiplap joint line of a four-side shiplap exterior material. SOLUTION: A cut-off parts 20 for an exterior material fitted to a shiplap joint part in which a groove is formed in the other shiplap corner part corresponding to one shiplap upper end part comprises a rear plate 21 fixed to a skeleton side and locking pieces 22a, 22b which are locked to an upper surface of one shiplap and a groove of the other shiplap and to hold both exterior materials, and a cut-off material 25 is provided on the rear plate 21.
