PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an external wall panel having a water drip on a lower part in which rain etc., does not enter the external wall panel even when it is fitted to a stud. SOLUTION: In an external wall panel A, a frame 2a is fixed to a rear surface of an external wall face 3 with an adhesive, and a water drip 1a is formed on a lower end part of the external wall face 3. A lower surface of a lower frame 22a of the frame 2a is formed an opening 221 over the longitudinal direction, and a riser piece 11a of the water drip 1a is inserted inside the lower frame 22a through the opening 221.
