PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an attaching structure of leak flow control plate which can drastically reduce the production cost compared with a fixing method for pressing plate with screws. SOLUTION: To a lower tie-plate 1 of a boiling water reactor fuel assembly, a leak flow control plate 5 for controlling the leak flow of coolant flowing out of the gap between the lower tie-plate 1 and a channel box 3 is arranged. Pressing plates 6 and 7 for holding the leak flow control plate 5 are fixed to the lower tie-plate 1 by TIG welding or plasma welding.
