PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a light-weight reflecting surface by entangling electrically conductive wires consisting of metallic diffusing alloy whose surface is stable with each other and fastening the wires with each other to make its surface rigid so as to improve the reflecting surface based on a composite material supporting matter. SOLUTION: Conductive wires 2, 3 are obtained by surface-coating a copper core, etc., with a low melting point metal such as indium. The diameter of the wires 2, 3 is 6 to 20μm and the coating thickness of the surface is 10Åto 1μm. In addition, the vertical and horizontal wires 2, 3 are densely woven without clearance. At the time of heating entanglement 7 to the melting point of indium and simultaneously giving uniform pressure, the wires 2, and 3 are brought into contact with each other and one of them is diffused to the other to form the surface of stable indium copper diffused alloy. When stable alloy is formed like this, the wires 2, 3 of the entanglement are fastened to each other to make the entanglement 7 rigid. In addition, the entanglement 7 is desirably shaped in the middle of raising a temperature to be fixed in the desired shape with stable alloy.
