PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a terminal board having a structure wherein a washer- faced screw never comes off even if the washer-faced screw is completely loosened. SOLUTION: This terminal board 10 is composed of: a cable; a contact 36 each comprising a wiring part, a fixing part and a connection part; a block 12 used for holding and fixing the contact 36 and having a required number of internal wiring parts 38; a cover 14 having a cable insertion hole 18 and driver insertion hole 24, provided with lock parts 26 and fixed so as to cover the internal wiring parts 38 of the block 12; a washer-faced screw 16 for abutting and fixing the cable on the contact 36; and a nut 50 screwed with the washer-faced screw 16. In this case, a projecting part 20 projecting to the opposite side of the driver insertion hole 24 is formed on the cover 14, an non- threaded tip part 34 is formed on each of the washer-faced screw 16, and thus, such a structure that the washer-faced screw 16 never come off from the terminal board 10 ever if it is loosened is formed.
