PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the unlocking by fobidding the movement of a key at room side in interlocking with a keyseat by providing an internal structure of the key at room side movable in interlocking with the keyseat, with a hollow, and inserting a bar of which the movement is controlled in the hollow. SOLUTION: The inside of a key at room side movable in interlocking with a keyseat, is provided with a hollow, and stoppers are mounted at both sides of a slidable bar. The slidable bar having the shape and a size corresponding to the hollow is mounted with a cover for preventing the falling-off and rotation of the bar in such manner that the hollow and the slidable bar can be smoothly slid. In use, the key at room side movable in interlocking with the keyseat is locked, and the movement of the slidable bar is controlled by the falling-off and rotation prevention cover by sliding the slidable bar and inserting the same into the hollow of the key at room side, as a result, the movement of the key at room side can be forbidden. Thereby the unlocking by a person possessing the key or a person having the special unlocking technique can be prevented, that is, the device is very useful for preventing the crimes by a person who illegally gets the key, a thief and the like.
