SYNTHETIC PEPTIDE CONTROLLING SIGNAL DELIVERY IN CELLS AND PHARMACEUTICAL COMPOSITION CONTAINING THE SAME FOR CANCER-TREATING AND IMMUNO-SUPPRESSING

PURPOSE: A synthetic peptide is provided, which interferes or inhibits signal delivery in cells by binding with proteins like as src-phosphorylase, more desirably, can be used as an effective pharmaceutical composition for cancer-treating and immuno-suppressing by binding with palmitic acid. CONSTITUTION: A process for the preparation of synthetic peptide controlling signal delivery in cells comprises: Nα-deprotectioning by pouring 55% piperidine-added N-methylprollidone to p-benzyloxybenzylalcohol-resin containing Fmoc-Asp-OH and Fmoc-Arg-OH; activating Fmoc-AA-OH dissolved in N-methylprollidone using diisopropylcarbodiimide and 1-hydroxybenzotriazole, and binding for 1.5hrs; washing with N-ethylmorphorline dissolved in N-methylpyrollidone in the concentration of 5%; repeating activating and binding stage; protecting amino groups that do not participate in a reaction using acetic anhydride and diisopropylethylamine dissolved in N-methylpyrollidone; eliminating peptide probe for analysis by trifluoroacetolytic cleavage after synthesizing peptides bound to resin; and confirming amino acid sequence of the peptide using an HPLC and a mass analyser.
